Description: The AquaChek Salt analytical strip system contains the tests needed to maintain clean, healthy water and high levels of efficiency in salt chlorinator systems.
Salt machines use sodium chloride (salt) to generate chlorine, with common machines working at between 2,500 and 5,000 ppm.
How to use: Take a sample of water in a small clean glass, two or three centimeters is enough. Place the test strip in the water sample and let the yellow band soak in until the band of the same color at the top turns black. Remove the analytical strip and determine where the top of the color stops, then use it to compare it to the table on the package and find the salt level.
